Conrad Murray's Lawyer Paints Picture - Michael Jackson Killed Himself!
Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers laid the groundwork for the defence - Michael Jackson delivered the fatal shot of propofol to himself.Murray's lawyer, J Michael Flamagan asked the Coroner investigator Elissa Fleak two questions.
1) Was the IV bag fingerprinted?
2) Was it possible for MJ to reach the syringes from the bed?
The defense will try to establish that Jackson eventually became frustrated when he couldn't sleep that day and administered to himself the fatal the fatal shot of propofol when Murray was shortly out of the room but in that case they will have to they will have to present a reason why he was there at that point and time.
Coroner Found A Dozen Bottles of Propofol
An investigator for the L.A. County Coroners Office testified her office found 12 bottles of Propofol in Michael Jacksons residence.Elissa Fleak says, two were in the bedroom where Michael Jackson died and other 10 were in a nearby closet.
In addition to the propofol, investigator found a pharmacy full of drugs, including Lorazepam, Diaze, Temazepam, Trazodone, Flomax, Clonazepam, Tizanidine, Hydrocodone, Lidocaine and Benoquin.
Also found .. used syringes and needle, as well as a box of not yet used hypodermic needles, IV catheters and vials.
Dr. Conrad Murray's baby mama, Nicole Alvarez, testified today about multiple mystery packages Murray had sent to her Lod Angeles apartment between April and June 2009.
Although the contents of the packages were not mentioned in court but sources confirms that those packages were shipped from Murray's pharmacy in Las Vegas and that they contained Propofol.
Alvarez was also one of the people that received a phone call from Dr on the day MJ died - but the prosecution did not question her about the call. Murray's teamdecline to cross examine.
